ABOUT
I am Nicole (Wei-Tung), Ling. Nicole (Wei-Tung) Ling is an 18 year-old teen activist, social entrepreneur, civic journalist for politics, movements and human rights concerns in Taiwan and across China, Hong Kong and SEA (South East Asian countries) and the founder and executive director of CULTUREDU FLUENT Non-Profit Association- a teen-lead organization engage in solving interracial relationship conflicts, immigration problems and identity crisis issues....those of which appear to be serious public concerns worldwide through a combination between multi-media and cross-culture communication. Outside of NGO and NPO, Nicole is also the founding member of two media related start-up company for media literacy education and a save non-partisan platform for political conversation. Nicole (Wei-Tung)Ling has spoken in 40+ international conferences and workshops and featured on 30+ media coverage. In the past few years, Nicole also served as a young politician/lobbyist in several Taiwanese political parties and The congress regarding public policy, civic engagement, media-access rights of the youth, political participation, and worked as a co-lead of Finance Technology Young Research Group.

五年前的今天，《美力台灣3D》導演曲全立在演講中激發一位13歲的臺灣女孩，她開始思考:「身為Z世代青年，我應該如何透過具有感染力的媒體鏡頭來說出臺灣的故事 ?」。五年以來，她走訪50多場會議討論，關注移民與種族議題，跟著獨立記者報導緬甸軍政變，香港反送中與俄烏戰爭底下平民的故事，最後轉而成立教育型社會企業，為臺灣媒體教育盡一份心力。

09/09/2021 領青年跨國交流 凌瑋彤獲國際獎提名
今年十七歲的青年公民記者凌瑋彤，自發設立非營利組織「影響文化國際發展聯盟」，日前獲得「二○二一年國際和平與人道主義獎」提名。
該獎項由加拿大數位社會創新與阿拉伯聯合大公國杜拜政府合作提名獎項，從全球三十一國、一千六百七十五名參加者中，選出四十八人。本屆提名名單中只有凌瑋彤未成年，將於九月底前往杜拜參與頒獎典禮。
凌瑋彤就讀臺北市靜心高中十二年級，於二○一八年創立「影響文化國際發展聯盟」並擔任執行長，組織臺灣青年與跨國青年，進行多元、跨文化的對談。團隊曾以全英語採訪外籍教師，馬來西亞和印尼外籍學生，跨國夫妻和文化工作者，了解多元議題；他們也曾參與新北市新住民二代培力計畫，希望青年將自己的興趣和社會議題結合，並用所學回饋社會。
